Father Tully Park hosted the meeting of Seneschalstown and St Colmcilles in the 8th round of the B League Division 1 on Wednesday evening.

St Colmcilles  started strong with a goal and two points in the opening five minutes. It wasn’t till the 8th minute of the game Seneschalstown got there first score of the game a free from Brian Sheridan another point from Johnathon Gilsenan left just the goal between the sides until a Seneschalstown player was taken down in the box and a penalty was given. Seneschalstowns goalie David Gordon stepped up to take it and landed the ball in the back of the net. St Colmcilles quickly equalised with there No 8 finding the back of the net a few minutes later and again in the 15th minute of the game leaving the home side trailing at the break

Seneschalstown opened the second half Strong with a goal in the First minute from Edward Meade and another a minute later from Eoin Finnegan and then a save from a penalty from David Gordon Seneschalstown continued there dominance of the match with points from Johnathon Gilsenan, Stephen Finnegan, James Meade and Brian Sheridan. St Colmcilles only managed one point in the half, Seneschalstown managed another 3 goals from Brian Sheridan, Simon Rooney and Jamie Kirwan to run out comprehensive winners on a score of
