St Peters 4-18 Clann na nGael 1-8

Dunboyne proved too strong for Clann Na nGael in this opening round of the Meath Junior Hurling Championship played in Boardsmill.

The winners were in total control at the break leading 2-16 to 1-3.

The game was held up for 15 minutes for an injury to a Clann Na nGael player. Dunboyne sends their best wishes for a speedy recovery.
