O'Mahonys Report

Navan O'Mahony's 0-12 Gaeil Colmcille 3-10

Gaeil Colmcille got the better start, rattling the O'Mahony's net within the first minute of the match before Conor Brady had to replace an injured Dillon. Playing with a strong wind in the first half, O'Mahony's bounced back from this early setback and took some good long distance scores in the first half with Smyth, McGuinness, Fox and O'Toole all contributing to the scoreboard to leave the Navan side 0-10 to 1-05 up at the break.

Gaeil Colmcille once again got off to the better start and within 5 minutes of the restart scored 1-03. O'Mahony's struggled to recover from this and the Kells side pushed on to emerge as 3-10 to 0-12 victors.
