Seamus O'Shea is expected to be fit for Mayo's Connacht SFC semi-final against either Leitrim or London next month after receiving an injury scare last weekend.
The midfielder, who only recently returned to action following a hamstring problem, suffered an ankle injury while playing a league game for his club Breaffy, but should be available for the first round of the Mayo championship on May 26/27. Young brother Aidan is also hoping to make his return to action that same weekend after missing Mayo's recent Allianz League final loss to Cork with a groin injury.
Meanwhile, Mayo manager James Horan is expected to finalise his 30-man championship panel before the end of the week, meaning at least three players who were part of the Allianz League squad won't be involved this summer.
