St. Anne's lay down the foundations for this win from the start of the game and had 3-3 clocked up before a reply from St. Brides.
Denise Moynagh fired over a point within the 1st minute of the game, followed by two goals from Siobhan Dawdry who could do no wrong on the night. Moynagh added another couple of points, but things got worse for the Knockbridge girls as Nikita Kelly helped herself to St. Annes' third goal. Aoife Cunningham pointed St. Brides' only score in the 1st half. St. Anne's added a further four points to their tally before the interval courtesy of Eilish Meaney (0-2) from place balls and (0-2) from the unstoppable Dawdry .

Things didn't change in the second half, as within minutes of the restart Dawdry bagged another goal and the saga continued as Meaney pointed another two points from frees, followed by two more Dawdry goals and three points from Moynagh. To St. Brides' credit they didn't give up and had points each from Aimee McNally and Grainne Mackin.
