Louth minors could have asked for an easier Leinster MFC quarter-final draw.

Thomas McNamee's charges impressed in their first-round defeat of Westmeath last month but have been handed a daunting quarter-final trip to Kildare on Saturday, May 19th.

If victorious, the Wee County U18s will take on either Dublin, Laois or Longford in their semi-final on July 7th or 11th.

The 2012 Leinster MFC final will be staged on July 22nd. The Reds will be hoping to emulate the county U21s by reaching the provincial decider. Tweet
