Party: O'Connells GFC members Christmas party will take place on Sunday 17th December in our clubrooms from 4pm-8pm.

 

Race Night: O'Connells GFC race night on Friday 29th December in McBride's from 9pm, all proceeds in aid of the player's fund.

 

Bingo: Bingo will continue in our clubrooms this Wednesday 13th December at 8.00pm, jackpot €2,000 in 48 numbers.

 

Social Dancing: There will be social dancing on Saturday 16th December in our clubrooms from 9.00pm, music by Done & Dusted, admission €10 and refreshments will be served.

 

Blood: There will be a blood donation clinic in Scoil Uí Mhuirí Dunleer on Monday 18th December from 5.30pm to 9.00pm. It's in your blood supported by the GAA. A partnership between the IBTS and the GAA to encourage GAA members and supporters to give blood at local GAA club level.

 

Programme: Congratulations to Louth GAA and their IT department on winning the Leinster best match day programme for 2017. The programme in question was the one for the senior final with the souvenir programme from the All-Ireland final in 1957 Congratulations, well deserved.

 

Run: There will be a 5K fun run/walk on St. Stephens Day 26th December at 11am in aid of the North Louth Hospice at Naomh Malachi GFC. Entry €10, more info & registration contact Tracy 086 2656720. A good way to work off the excess from the day before and for a good cause.

 

Workshops: An exciting programme of coaching workshops coming up over the coming months. December 13th @ 7pm Darver: Transition Games: Tutor Ger Lyons Dublin academy and UCD football coach. This Workshop is Free of Charge. January 20th, the Louth GAA C&G's Conference 2018 will take Place on Saturday 20th January in The Louth GAA Centre of Excellence. Tickets went on sale at mid-day today (Friday 24th November), last year sold out so don't hesitate and get in early. ALL CLUBS SHOULD BE REPRESENTED. Venue: Louth GAA Centre of Excellence, Darver, Readypenny, Co. Louth Cost: Individual Tickets @ €10 pp. Group Ticket - 6 for the Price of 5 @ €50.
