Longford ladies manager Diane O'Hora has already set the next target for her charges.

Having defeated Limerick in the division 4 league title last weekend much to their manager's delight, O'Hora feels that the win can spur them on to further success this year.

Speaking to the Longford Leader she said: "We had three goals at the start of the year and this is the first win.

"I'm not going to say what the other two are. I wouldn't think it would be rocket science though. This was pretty much our first goal. We weren't aware until a few weeks ago that only one team went up. The pressure was on from then on us. To get that league win and to breed the experience into the young players was essential."
