Kenagh Notes
March 15, 2010
Lotto 14th March 2010: The numbers drawn were 3, 10, 12 & 29. There were 3 match 3 winners. They are Sean Flanagan, Mary Nolan & Ali Conroy.
Next week's jackpot is 10,700 euro and the draw will be held in O'Boyle's.
Our Intermediate team lost out narrowly to Young Grattans in the first round of the Div. 2 league on Saturday last. They were leading comfortably for long periods during the match but managed to let their lead slip in the end. Hard luck to the lads.
Training continues this Tuesday & Friday nights @8:30pm.
Please note that all club players MUST be registered before the 20th of March. This includes senior, junior, u-21 and all underage players.
Without registration, players are not covered by insurance for injuries etc so it's very important that all those intending to play (at any level) pay their membership fee, which is 20 euro,
and are input into the system.
There will be registration nights this Tuesday & Friday during training. This is the final opportunity so please get down there and register.
The GAA and Boston College are compiling a piece of literature which will detail the history and stories of each club around the country.
If you have any stories about the history of Kenagh GFC which you think are worth including, please contact our PRO, John Rowan on 086 1700361.
We would like to offer our sincerest sympathies to the Murray family following the death of Tommy Murray last week.
