Ballymahon club notes

There was no winner of last week's Jackpot in Kiernan's worth Eu2500. Congratulations to the Eu30 winners: John Ryan, Creevaghbeg; John Ryan, Keel; Stephen Cooney, Ballymahon and Brigid Lloyd, Creevaghbeg. Congratulations also to all our Special Eu20 Draw winners: Mick Finn, Cartron; Hugh Keenan, Moyvale; Sean Delaney, Toome; Jude McLynn, Darogue, Donal McHugh, Barnacor and John Lennon, Rathmore. Thanks to all who supported this Draw over the last few months. Last Monday's Draw was held in Skelly's, with the Jackpot worth Eu2600, and the Promoters Prize worth Eu260. Tickets are on sale from the usual outlets and cost Eu2. Congratulations to Justin Nally and Mark Connor, who were both honoured with selection on the Longford Senior Championship Team of the Year; the Club is very proud of this achievement and they were formally announced last Saturday in the Longford Arms Hotel. In addition, Mark was also nominated for Senior Player of the Year. The Club will once again be manning the church gate collection for Epilepsy on 26th/27th December, please support.
