Quiz
Bord Na Nog quiz night will take place on Wednesday 15th February 2012.

Art Classes
Take place every Wednesday morning in Ahane GAA Clubhouse from 10.30am to 12.00 noon.

RIP
Ahane GAA Club would like to offer its deepest sympathy to the Ryan family Knocksentry on the death of JIm Ryan. May he rest in peace.

Coaching Courses
Limerick Coaching committee are holding ta number of Award 1 coaching courses in the next few weeks. Award 1 coaching courses are aimed at club coaches that are involved with U8-U12 this is Award 1 childrens course. Coaches involved in U13-U18 this is Award 1 youth course. In order to partake in these courses you must have the foundation course completed. Please contact secretary for details.

Child Protection Course.
The above course will take place in Ahane GAA Clubhouse on Friday 24th February from 7pm to 10pm. All mentors of underage teams and people who in anyway help out with underage teams must complete this course. Anyone intrested please forward your name to Mary Hassett Secretary of Bord Na Nog.

Membership.
Membership is now due and can be paid to any committee member Adults €30 Underage €25.

Lotto.
The above is been rolled out for 2012 collectors will be canvassing the parish in the next week please support this worthly cause. The Lotto is the main fundraiser for the club. The cost of the lotto is €10 a month for 12 months futher details from any committee member.

Poker Classic.
Fundraising Poker Classic in aid of East Limerick GAA will take place in Ahane GAA Clubhouse on the 19th February at 4.30pm Regristration @ 4.00pm. Tickets €25 Buy backs available on the night.

Ballroom Dancing.
Classes begin on Thursday 2nd February and every Thursday night from 9pm to 11pm. €8 per lesson. All are welcome.

AHANE GIRLS GAELIC FOOTBALL
BE FIT-STAY HEALTHY-EXERCISE-HAVE FUN-PLAY GAELIC FOOTBALL
Gaelic football for U-8, U-10, U-12 and U-14 girls, resumes Saturday, 11 February as follows:
· U8's - U10's: 11h45 to 12h45 in Castleconnell Hall
· U12's - U14's: 10h30 to 11h30 in Ahane GAA Pitch
Girls who haven't yet played football are encouraged to come along and give it a go. For girls returning this season welcome back - why not invite a friend to try it out for a few weeks.
We also have an U16, U18 and Junior Team. New players are always welcome to join.
