Limerick ladies footballers have appointed Ann Eager as their new manager.

Eager takes over from former Limerick footballer Tommy Stack, who stepped down from the position at the end of last year's campaign.

The Kerry native is an experienced coach, having being in charge of a number of club teams over the last few years, while she is also a former PRO of her county's Ladies board.

Limerick begin their competitive campaign on February 5th when they take on Offaly in Division 4 of the Bord Gais Energy NFL. Tweet
