Lots of action this weekend

There are some big matches down for decision in both codes in Limerick this weekend, including four IHC quarter-finals and one SFC quarter-final. The intermediate hurling QFs begin on Friday evening at Ballyagran when junior champions Caherline square up to Newcastle West. On Saturday, Claughaun is the venue for a double-header involving Bruff V Cappamore in a repeat of last year's quarter-final, at 3.00. Half an hour later, Knockaderry contest their first-ever intermediate quarter-final against Glenroe in Kilmallock. At 4.30, South Liberties against Mungret completes the Claughaun bill. Also on Saturday, at Ballingarry, 2006 champions Fr Casey's face Pallasgreen in their SFC quarter-final. On Friday night at the same time and the same venue, it's Claughaun V Athea in the senior football relegation decider.
