Firstly Michael James Pierce who seconds earlier had missed a similar opportunity received a pass just outside the square weaved his way around a number of defenders to blast a shot to the net for a goal. Immediately from the kickout Na Fianna scored another goal an almost replica of the one just beforehand but this time Jamie Buckley applied the finishing touch. Not finished yet in the second minute of stoppage time Na Fianna were awarded a free around the 45m line which was taken by Jason Darby who lobbed the ball into the square and the ball dipped in over the keeper and directly into the net for the third goal in as many minutes to seal the win for Na Fianna.
