Our condolences go to the McGushin family, Drumard Jones on the death of Tom McGushin who sadly passed away in England. We fondly remember the genial Tom as a man of very quiet but pleasant disposition who was a fine player with his native Bornacoola before emigrating in the eighties, having previously won an Under-14 medal with Gortletteragh in 1974 alongside his late brother Christy who also sadly passed away at a young age only a couple of years back. Tom was the son of the late John Tom, the former well known and highly respected former County Board Officer and President who also passed away a few years ago.
