Magee hails Garden resolve

Johnny Magee felt his Wicklow side showed "good resolve and character" in beating Leitrim at Aughrim on Sunday.
Trailing by 0-9 to no score approaching the half-hour mark, the Garden County staged a remarkable recovery to prevail by 0-11 to 0-10.
"The lads showed good resolve and character in the second half, which I know they have in abundance," the Dubliner notes in The Wicklow People.
"They just need to go out and express themselves more and have more belief and confidence in themselves. I've all the belief and confidence in every one of the lads on the panel.
"It's just about getting more consistency from them and them believing in themselves more. We can't let teams buuld up momentum on us. We were very slow to start off, which was very disappointing."
