Division 1
Well done to our Senior team on a good victory last weekend over Aughawillan. It was great to see the younger players playing so well especially Cian Clinton and Gerard Kelly.

U16
The u16 league commenced on Tuesday evening with an away game to Annaduff. The game was close throughout, but Annaduff edged clear in the final stages on a scoreline of 1-14 to 1-11. Best for Dromahair was Cathal McTiernan who did a mountain of work at midfield and scored 6 points. Gary Fowley was lively and scored a goal and a point. Well done to Kyle Harte, Ruairc Ballantine and Luke Gunning who all looked the part in their first game at this level. Minor Final
The 13 a side Minor Final in Cloone was one of the most exiting games Dromahair have been involved in a long time. Going into the game as underdogs this team showed a determination and courage rarely seen in an underage team. Great credit must be given to themselves and their mentors for having the belief to keep chasing what seemed a lost cause until the final whistle. The game itself was dominated by Garadice Gaels who have a fine team and have had a great rivalry with this crop of Dromahair players down the years. However they seemed to have left their scoring boots behind in the dressing room and could not translate their dominance into scores. Time and time the Dromahair backs with Enda Fowley as their general blocked harried and sometimes dispossessed Garadice. As the game entered the final 10 minutes Garadice had finally pulled away, when Dromahair was awarded a penalty. It was dispatched by Robbie Cunningham and was quickly followed by a point by Gary Fowley. Then as the game entered added time Gary Fowley , who was the one Dromahair forward who always caused problems for Garadice scored and amazing goal. This sent the game into extra time. Dromahair took the lead with points from Gary Fowley and Killian Torsney 0-1, but Garadice edged clear with minutes remaining and held on. Congratulations to Garadice Gaels but the Dromahair lads can hold their heads high. Member Draw
The winners from our March members draw were 1st John Glynnmartin €300, 2nd Sadie O'Hara €200, 3rd Stephen Smith €150, 4th Dermot Donohue €100. We are always looking for new people to join our member draw, if you are interested then contact any member of the club executive.

Fixtures
We travel to play Carrigallen next Saturday evening 5th of May at 7pm in Division 1 and the U16 leagues continues on Tuesday nights. Tweet
