Dinner Dance
A great night was had by all last Saturday at our Dinner Dance. Congratulations to Cian Clinton who was named Minor Player of year, Kieran Meehan who was named Junior player of the year and to Stephen Keegan who was named Senior Player of the Year Thanks to all who attended, to The Castle Dargan Hotel and to Armagh's Oisin McConville who was our excellent guest on the night.

Underage Presentation
On Sunday morning last Oisin joined us again for the Presentation of medals to last year's U14 team in the park. Our Underage awards were presented first, U12 Young Player of the year was Kevin McDermott, U12 most Improved Player was Jack Kelly and U12 Player of the year was Stephen Kelly. Michael Clancy was named U16 Player of the year. The following were presented with their U14 medals; Jack Burke, Caolin McLoughlin, Ruairc Ballantine, Luke Gunning, James Morrison, Donall Glynnmartin, Cian McHugh, Jonathon Kelly, James Clancy, Robbie Cunningham, Martin Feeney, Darragh McMorrow, Kyle Harte, shay Clancy, Patrick McTeirnan, Niall Clinton, Enda Charters, Stephen Kelly, Mark McGee, Jared Taafe, Thomas Foley and Dylan Wallace. Johnathon Kelly was named U14 Player of the year. Oisin also made a presentation to our U14 team trainers Oliver Conlon, Adrian McPadden and Gerry Fowley for all their work during the year. Thanks to everyone who attended.



Membership

The fees for 2012 are Adults €50, Student €25, U18's €25. Family Membership €100. Joining the clubs supporters draw included club membership



Senior Scor

Anyone interested in taking part in Senior Scor should contact Club Cultural officer James Farrell or any executive member.



Gaeltacht Grants

Application forms for Gaeltacht Scholarships being offered by Leitrim Co Board GAA are now available on the Leitrim GAA website. Forms are also available from our Club Secretary and from Irish teachers in secondary schools. Completed forms must be returned to, Seán O Suilleabháin, Achadh Dearca, Béal an Átha Móir, Co Liatroma before Saturday 28 January 2012.



G Team

Well done to all involved in G Team last Sunday night on TG4. A lot of work was put in to have Dromahair looking really well and having everyone speaking Irish, unfortunately we did not get through to the next round in what must have been a tight result. Tweet
