County SFC final this Sunday

This Sunday, October 5, sees the somewhat unexpected pairing of Bornacoola and Glencar/Manorhamilton in the Leitrim Senior Football Championship final.
It was Gary Hickey's late strike at goal last weekend that dumped out defending champions, and favourites, St Mary's out of the SFC and sent Glencar/Manor into their first decider since 1999.
Bornacoola, managed by Noel Crossan, have been a real surprise package this year in the championship and it's hard to argue that they will be much happier in facing Glencar/Manor than St Mary's.
Sunday's club showpiece throws-in at 3.00pm at Pairc Sean Mac Diarmada, Carrick-on-Shannon with a large crowd expected to be in attendance.
