Aughavas club notes

September 11, 2019

INTERMEDIATE CHAMPIONSHIP:

Aughavas bowed out of the Leitrim Intermediate Championship with a disappointing 1-10 to 1-9 defeat at the hands of Kiltubrid. This ultimately means that we will play Junior football in 2020. The club would like to sincerely thank joint managers, Michael Fitzpatrick and Fintan Mc Brien along with selector Charlie Mc Cabe and all of the squad for all their efforts in representing Aughavas GAA throughout the year.

LOTTO:

There was no winner of the Lotto Jackpot of €14,300 last Saturday night. The numbers drawn were 2-6-1-7-4-0-5-3. €30 winners on the night were Brendan Kiernan, Michael Whelan, Leo McGirl, Philip Charles & Michelle Earley. The House Prize sponsored by The Dugout was won by Tom McLoughlin. The next draw will be held in the Dugout on Saturday 21st September with Ray & Ciaran’s Team hosting the draw. The Jackpot now stands at €14,400. Lotto envelopes €2 each or three envelopes for €5 – if you’re not in you can’t win.
