Clough-Ballacolla manager Tommy Buggy is adamant that if his side are not tuned in for Sunday's county SHC final against Camross, there will be only one winner.

Buggy points to the games this year where they have not performed and on both occasions, they suffered heavy defeats to Camross (league final) and Borris-Kilcotton (SHC).

This weekend, Buggy knows that they will need to be at their best against an experienced side looking to make up for recent losses in the championship.

"The days when we have not turned up, or haven't been 'in the zone', we have suffered badly. In the league final defeat, we were out-hurled, out fought and out-smarted.

"When you make mistakes, good teams will punish you, and when you're not mentally tuned in, you get what we got."
