Laois manager Tomas O'Flatharta has added Darren Rooney and Gerry McGill to his management.

Form county footballer Rooney and ex-Dublin All-Ireland ladies winning manager Gerry McGill take over from Fergal Byron and Noel Garvan who have stepped down from their selector roles.

O'Flatharta has turned to the duo and they have come on board and will work with the Kerry native throughout the 2015 campaign.

McGill is a former Donegal footballer who has had huge success in ladies football and at club level, while he also worked with the Tipperary minor and under-21 football teams.
