Laois minor footballers take on Meath in the Leinster MFC quarterfinal at Portlaoise on Saturday afternoon.

The O'Moore County defeated Longford in the opening round of the Leinster championship, while Meath lost to Offaly before beating Longford in the back door system.

Having home advantage is a big plus at this level and Laois will go into the match as slight favourites, against a Meath side that conceded six goals against Offaly, the first day.
