Tinnahinch rocked by hefty bands

The Tinnahinch club is reeling after incurring the wrath of the Laois CCC.
After investigating scenes from last month's county U21 'B' FC final - a match marred by violence - the CCC hit Tinnahinch with two 24-week suspensions, one 12-week suspension and a 500 euro fine.
The fine has been imposed due to the "misconduct of players, officials and supporters arising out of this game."
It was all for nothing, alas, as Portarlington won the match in question.
Earlier in the month, a Tinnahinch club minor was also hit with a 12-week ban arising from an incident during a MFL 'B' game against O'Dempsey's.
