From a position where he feared his season was over, the Carrickshock clubman is now gunning for either Laois, Carlow or Dublin in the June 23rd provincial semi-final at Portlaoise, having undergone surgery on his damaged knee.
"That is the aim now," he confirms in The Kilkenny People. "I am in a lot better place now than I was Saturday night.
"I thought I was in real trouble but thankfully things were not as bad as first feared. The surgery went well and I am feeling positive about the rest of the season." Tweet
