Hogan standstill

April 19, 2012

Kilkenny's Richie Hogan and Paddy Stapleton of Tipperary.
Richie Hogan has no idea when he'll be able to hurl again.

The Danesfort clubman remains sidelined after suffering two broken ribs and a punctured lung during the national hurling league clash with Galway.

The 24-year-old is back working at Clontarf National School but told The Kilkenny People there's nothing he can do but wait for the injuries to heal themselves:

"When I feel right is when I can go back hurling is what I have been told. It is something that more or less has to cure itself to a large degree. I just have to be patient."
