Kilkenny don't pay their managers so they say there's nothing to discuss.

GAA chief Paraic Duffy issued a discussion paper on payments to managers last week, outlining three options facing clubs and County Boards on how to address the issue.

But Cats chairman Paul Kinsella says these discussions don't apply to Kilkenny as they have never flaunted the rules.

"We are following the rules at our end," Kinsella remarked at a preliminary meeting on the matter on Monday night. Tweet
