Kilkenny sweating on Hogan

Kilkenny's Richie Hogan
Richie Hogan has emerged as an injury doubt for Kilkenny's All-Ireland SHC semi-final against Cork on Sunday week.
The Danesfort attacker, who made a huge impression after being introduced as a sub during the Leinster final against Galway on July 4, picked up an ankle injury in training last week.
"It's a major worry for us that Richie can't train at the moment," explained Kilkenny selector Martin Fogarty.
"And we don't know when he will be able to resume training. So with the semi-final less than a fortnight away, it doesn't give Richie much time to get himself right for the match."
All-Star midfielder Michael Rice is also doubtful after sustaining a hand injury while playing for his club Carrickshock against Erin's Own in a senior league game earlier this month.
