Ballyhale and Kilkenny star TJ Reid
TJ Reid will make his first ever championship start for Kilkenny in tomorrow's Leinster SHC semi-final against Dublin at Croke Park.
The Ballyhale Shamrocks clubman, who has earned the tag of 'super-sub', will start at full forward after coming off the bench in all of last year's championship matches and in the 2008 All-Ireland final win over Waterford. He will be flanked by Eddie Brennan and Richie Power.
With John Tennyson and James 'Cha' Fitzpatrick ruled out through injury, manager Brian Cody has made five changes from the side which edged out Tipperary last September to complete a record-equalling four-in-a-row of All-Ireland successes.
John Dalton, Noel Hickey, Michael Fennelly, Martin Comerford and Reid start in place of Michael Kavanagh, Tennyson, Derek Lyng, Eoin Larkin and Aidan Fogarty.
Kilkenny (SH v Dublin): PJ Ryan; J Dalton, N Hickey, J Tyrrell; T Walsh, B Hogan, JJ Delaney; M Rice, M Fennelly; M Comerford, R Hogan, H Shefflin; E Brennan, TJ Reid, R Power.
