Larkin returns for Cats
March 06, 2010
Eoin Larkin has made a quicker-than-expected return from injury to be included in the Kilkenny team for tomorrow's rescheduled NHL meeting with Tipperary at Semple Stadium.
It was widely speculated that Eddie Brennan would make his return against Liam Sheedy's men, but instead Larkin has been named in the full forward line alongside Richie Hogan and Aidan Fogarty.
There are two other changes from the side which defeated Offaly last weekend with John Tennyson coming in at midfield and John Mulhall at right half forward. Like Larkin, Tennyson will be making his first appearance of the year after a spell in Australia.
Tipperary won't name their team until after today's Fitzgibbon Cup final between Waterford IT and NUIG in Galway.
