The Division One National Hurling League clash between Tipperary and Kilkenny looks set to be finally be played for next Sunday week, March 7, at Semple Stadium, throw-in 2.30pm.

The original fixture, which was set to act as the NHL opener last Saturday night, has already suffered postponement twice in four days due to the heavy snowfall in Thurles, which forced match referee Barry Kelly to call off the games for the concern of players' safety.

The original re-fixture was last night was free of charge to all patrons and it is expected that will once again be the case for this latest date. Tweet
