Kildare manager Joe Quaid did not mince his words following his side's Christy Ring Cup defeat to Antrim.
A poor first half showing left the Lilywhites with a mountain to climb in the second half and although they did play well in the second period, the Ulster side recorded a comfortably victory.
Speaking to the Leinster Leader, Quaid stressed that the performance just wasn't good enough.
"I thought our level of work-rate, our level of aggression and our level of sticking to the game plan went absolutely out the window," said Quaid.
He added: "I'm at pains at this particular moment to see why in the name of god it took a bollocking for them to step up to the plate."
