January 23, 2012Club membership is now due for everyone. It is €20 for adults, €10 for OAPS and students and €30 for family membership. Please give it to Jack or Neil asap.
Thank you to the North Kildare Farmers for hosting a Hunt for us on Sunday. It was a great day with many riders turning out in support of the club. Thank you to everyone who participated, donated and supported the day!
Clogherinkoe played their first challenge match of the year against St. Vincents on Sunday last. It was an evenly contested match and provided a great insight of the year to come. Clogherinkoe fielded Gary Ryan, Declan Lowry, Seánie McEvoy, Conor Grehan, Kevin McEvoy, Conor Swan, Thomas Hickey, Ben Kenny, Will Coyne, Simon Murtagh, Robbie Dunne, Paul Lowry, Dean Hanley, Keith Wilkinson, Alan O'Connor, Art Lowry and Joe Murrin. Seánie McEvoy was announced as captain for 2012 while Robbie Dunne takes up the vice captain position.

Balyna minors and u.21 team will play their home matches in Clogherinkoe this year. Balyna is an amalgamation of Clogherinkoe and Johnstownbridge and venues are rotated on a yearly basis. The minor league is provisionally set for February 12th.
Clogherinkoe hope to get their competitive year off to a good start in the Dowling Cup which is provisionally set for February 18th. Our Alan Fanning Cup tournament will act as a valuable prelude and is provisionally set February 12th. This will be confirmed nearer the time. Tweet
