St Kevin's GAA Club notes
November 17, 2008
The Intermediate team were beaten 1-8 to 0-6 by St Brigid's (Offaly) in a titanic struggle on their maiden voyage into the Leinster championship. In a hard fought game the Offaly side finished stronger after extra time. However the lads lost no caste in defeat and can be proud of what they have achieved this year.
The under 15 team continued their good run in the league with a 1-9 to 1-6 win over Na Fianna.Darren Fox,Eamonn Cox and Blaine Treacy were to the fore.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery to Martin "Chubby" Sheridan who is hospitalized at the moment.
A DVD of the Intermediate final and a team photo are available for sale at ?25 each from Alice Casey.
