St Kevin's GAA Club notes

The Leinster Intermediate championship game against St Brigid's (Offaly) due to be played last Sunday was cancelled because of the weather. Check fixtures for details of the rearrangements.
The North Kildare Board under 12 development team match against their South Board counterparts in Moorefield on Saturday was abandoned after 15 minutes due to the weather. The four St Kevin's representatives Conor Murray, John Drennan, Joseph Kenny and Conor Gordon all played well and are looking forward to the re-fixture. Training continues for them on Wednesday nights from 7.30- 8.30pm in Prosperous.
The under 15 team received a walk over from Carbury in the league last week, they play at home to Na Fianna next Sunday at 11am.
A DVD of the Intermediate final and a team photo are available for sale at ?25 each from Alice Casey.
An executive committee meeting takes place in the clubhouse next Wednesday (Nov 19th) at 8pm.
The club dinner dance takes place in The Hamlet Court Hotel on Friday 28th November. Tickets must be ordered and paid for by 22nd November with Alice Casey or Denise Cox. Dinner will be served at 8pm and the music is provided by 'The Men in Black'. The senior players will receive their IFC and SFL Div 2 medals and we hope it will be a memorable night to celebrate the most successful year ever in the history of the club.
There was no winner of the jackpot in the Coill Dubh/St Kevin's lotto draw, worth ?2,200, held on Tues 4th Nov.The numbers drawn were 3,5, 8,10.The ?40 winners were Linda Gaynor c/o Martin Fox, Mary Murray c/o Martin Murray,Zoe Carew c/o Trevor Carew and Liz Murphy c/o Barbara Scally.
