Legion manager Peter Keane stressed that their main priority for the year is still to win the county title, despite their defeat in the Munster club SFC.

Keane watched on as Nemo Rangers defeated his charges comfortably enough a week before their county final replay against South Kerry.

And the Legion manager told the Kerryman that winning the title on Sunday is all that matters.

"Our priority is to win a county final, there's no two ways about it. But, we were here, we went out and gave it our best shot and it didn't work for us," said Keane.

The Legion manager was unsure if last weekend's defeat to Nemo would have any baring on the replay.

"I can't answer that until next Sunday and on and only the result next week will possibly answer that one."
