O'Connor seeks improvement

April 23, 2015

Kerry minor manager Jack O'Connor believes that they will have to be more ruthless on front of goals.

The defending All-Ireland champions comfortably defeated Clare in the Munster MFC quarterfinal, but despite kicking 14 points, O'Connor stressed to the Kerryman that they need to be more efficient up front against Cork.

"You can't fault the fact that we only conceded three points, but obviously more work to do up front, because we're facing Cork and Cork certainly have a lot of ammunition up front," said O'Connor.

"They have something like four or five of the forwards that we played in Pairc Ui Chaoimh last year and they gave us bother up there."
