"If it kicks off, it kicks off"

Kerry's David Moran and Martin Reilly of Cavan. INPHO

David Moran will be ready if things get physical against the Aussies.

The Kerry star told journalists that Ireland will be able to look after themselves if Australia decide to try to rough them up in this year's International Rules test in Perth on November 22nd:

"Everyone knows that this is going to be a massive challenge. We'll give it everything we have and we can't control anything else," he is quoted in The Irish Daily Star.

"We're not small guys, either. Our primary objective is to try to win the test. If it kicks off, it kicks off. I don't know what to say to that.

"They're a proud race, the same as we are. No one likes losing. It's more in their game to try to get physical to claw their way back into the game.

"We're not concentrating on that kind of stuff. We're concentrating on our own game plan."
