O Se facing two-game ban

March 26, 2012
Tomas O Se is expected to miss Kerry's next two games following his straight red card for an off-the-ball incident in yesterday's Allianz Football League win over Laois.

The long-serving half back, who was only back from a suspension he received in the wake of his sending off against Armagh last month, headed straight for the dressing room after the 10th minute incident and faces another spell on the sidelines after what was his third dismissal in the past 10 months.

O Se is automatically suspended for one game, but that will doubled due to previous infractions in the last 48 weeks. Therefore, he will miss the Kingdom's final Division 1 game against Mayo in a fortnight's time and the Allianz Football League semi-final, which they have qualified for.

But it looks certain that he will be available for the final - should Kerry make it that far - and for the Munster championship opener against Tipperary on May 27.
