O'Dwyer in Limerick link
August 21, 2010

Mick O'Dwyer celebrates a Wicklow's victory.
Not for the first time this year, legendary manager Mick O'Dwyer's name has been linked to yet another inter-county job and this time it is the newly vacated Limerick hotseat.
O'Dwyer, who has completed four years with Wicklow and has yet to indicate whether he will stay with the Garden County. Already this summer he has been associated with a return to Laois, while the Galway and Mayo jobs have also been mentioned.
The former Kerry, Kildare and Laois manager is based in Waterville, which is not far from the Limerick border and the fact that he is currently helping out the club there has resulted in his name being spoken of in connection with the Shannonsiders.
Limerick are on the lookout for a new manager after Mickey Ned O'Sullivan brought his term to a halt during the week, but it may be a number of weeks before a new man is in place.
