Kennelly shines in club rout
June 25, 2009
Tadgh Kennelly was in impressive form as 2007 county champions Feale Rangers eased through the first round with relative ease against St Michael's/Foilmore.
The former Sydney Swans star starred at centre forward, scoring 1-3 from play as Rangers sent out a message of warning to all their opponents.
In a side packed with current and former county stars, the current All-Ireland intermediate champions were no match for a side that included Kennelly and his brother Noel, Paul Galvin, Kieran Quirke and Maurice Corridan.
Meanwhile, Tommy Walsh was on the losing end in the first round despite scoring 1-5 as Dingle had two-points to spare over Kerins O'Rahillys.
