Galway SHC final: Stalemate in Athenry

Sarsfields and Craughwell must meet again to decide who will be crowned Galway senior hurling champions for 2015. 

Niall Morrissey's late free rescued a share of the spoils for Sarfields at Athenry. 

The sides were level on six occasions during a keenly contested decider but Craughwell took the lead for the first time in the 55th minute.

Sarsfields enjoyed the better of the opening half exchanges and led by 0-8 to 0-3 at the short whistle.

Right half-forward Morrissey top scored for Sarsfields with eight points from placed balls while Niall Healy shots six points (five frees) for Craughwell.
