Galway attackers Michael Meehan and Sean Armstrong are both on the comeback trail.

The pair should be ready to feature in the Tribesmen's Connacht SFC opener against Roscommon at Dr Hyde Park on Sunday May 20th.

Caltra clubman Meehan hasn't played a competitive game for his county since July's Qualifier defeat to Meath in Navan.

He has been dogged by an ankle injury but came on as a second-half substitute for last weekend's SF challenge against Laois.

And Armstrong, who was sidelined with a leg injury since March, also featured in that match. Tweet
