FOOTBALL
Our Junior B team had two challenge games last week we thank Dunmore MacHales and Balla for the games.
U-15/16 training this evening (Wednesday) at 7.00
U-13 had good win in league against Corofin last Friday in Belclare.
The annual Westmann Under 12 Street league takes place on Wednesday August 25th and Wednesday September 1st. We would like to thank Frank Reynolds for sponsoring this competition. The teams to play are Dublin Road, Galway Road, Bishop Street and Ballygaddy. Each team has a manager and rules will be explained to them. Throw in is at 6pm each evening.
U-8s and U10s training on Friday 6.30 to 7.45. U-10s train on the Astroturf. U-10s training on Tuesdays 6-7pm. There may be a game this week end for this age group. Players will be notified at training.
LOTTO
This week's Lotto draw in association with Tuam Shopping Centre for a jackpot of €7,250. The draw was held in Dick Fahys. The numbers drawn 3,7,22 and 23. There was no winner. The ten €25 winners are David Hynes (Denis O'Donnell), Marie Mannion (Veg Shop), Sean Fahy (Hi Bi), Tony Millls (Dick Fahys), Anne Keane (Quinns), Sean Sweeney (member), Michael Greene (Alan Talty), Dermot Holian (Alan Talty), Pauline Kelly (Hare Inn) and Frank O'Grady (Self). We thank Brendan Fahy and all in Dick Fahys for hosting the draw. Next weeks Jackpot will be €7,400 and the draw will be in The Sportsmans Inn.

SEAN PURCELL ACADEMY
The Club hosted the Seán Purcell Academy Day which took last Saturday. This annual event is a Blitz day for all inter-county u-14 Academy players and is the culmination of a thorough County Coaching Programme. Each player is chosen after a rigorous selection process. In total, 13 teams from 6 Counties took part in the competition. We thank Frank O'Grady and Thomas O'Neill for having the grounds in perfect condition.

We wish our club colleagues Niall Quinn and Darren McDonnell and the Galway minor team all the best when they meet Corcaigh in the All Ireland semi final i Páirc an Chrócaigh next Sunday.
SYMPATHY
The Club extends its sympathy to Tilly O'Dea, Circular Rd. Tuam on the death of her brother Jim O'Grady, Dublin, to Maureen Shaughnessy,
Tubberjarlath on death of her brother John Miland, Canada and to to the relatives of Bridie Carley, Bishop Street who passed away last week. May they rest in peace.
