Corofin manager Jimmy Sice believes that it is time for the club to put recent disappointments behind them and lift the Connacht title on Sunday. The Galway champions lost out in the Connacht final two years ago and Sice is adamant that is a situation the club do not want to find themselves in after the decider against Sligo counterparts Eastern Harps. "Winning finals is never an easy task. We were happy with the performance against Castlerea but we're not reading into it too much either," said Sice. "Eastern Harps sent out a clear message with their defeat of Ballaghderreen in the other semi final, and they came from behind to do it, which does say something about their character." Tweet
