Dublin and Mayo must do it all again next Saturday evening, here's our football team of the week...

1. Rob Hennelly (Mayo)

Was powerless to prevent Diarmuid Connolly's goal via the penalty spot and couldn't be faulted for Kevin McManamon's green flag.

2. Chris Barrett (Mayo)

Handed the responsibility of marking Bernard Brogan and limited the former Footballer of the Year's contribution to two points.

3. Philip McMahon (Dublin)

Faces an anxious wait to find out if the CCCC bring disciplinary action against him but did manage to curb Aidan O'Shea's influence.

4. Keith Higgins (Mayo)

The Mayo captain had his hands full with Paddy Andrews in the first-half but was better after the resumption and kicked a crucial point.

5. Colm Boyle (Mayo)

Earned the late penalty that helped to keep Mayo's hopes of a first All-Ireland success since 1951 alive.

6. Lee Keegan (Mayo)

Kicked the game's opening score but spent the majority of the match shadowing Diarmuid Connolly.

7. Jack McCaffrey (Dublin)

A leading contender for Footballer of the Year, the Clontarf man was one of his side's best performers.

8. Brian Fenton (Dublin)

Linked defence and attack well at times while Kevin McManamon spared his blushes when finding the Mayo net in the second-half.

9. Tom Parsons (Mayo)

Put his shoulder to the wheel in the second-half as Mayo clawed back a seven point deficit.

10. Paul Flynn (Dublin)

The Fingallians clubman hasn't enjoyed the best of years by his own high standards but put in an industrious shift yesterday and was fouled for Dublin's 5th minute penalty.

11. Ciaran Kilkenny (Dublin)

Kicked three points from play in a top class first-half showing but his influence waned in the second-half.

12. Diarmuid O'Connor (Mayo)

The half-forward clocked up the mileage in an enterprising display and kicked a superb second-half point.

13. Cillian O'Connor (Mayo)

The Mayo forward's unerring accuracy from placed balls - he finished with 1-9 to his name -  laid the foundations for Mayo's comeback.

14. Diarmuid Connolly (Dublin)

Mayo will fancy their chances in Saturday's replay if Connolly fails to get his red card rescinded.

15. Kevin McManamon (Dublin)

Introduced at half-time for Dean Rock, the 'impact sub' produced the goods yet again with 1-1 for Jim Gavin's charges.
