This year's All-County Division Two football league will be played under a new format.

Over the course of the winter, the powers to be have agreed on a number of changes to the format to the division, which they feel will benefit the teams in that grade.

The league will now be in two segments. Firstly, there will be a single round of nine fixtures and then the teams will be split in two separate divisions, with the top five contesting Division Two, while the remaining teams will contest Division Three.

The bottom teams will also have to contend with the fact that there final positions will determine championship positions for next year. Tweet
