Meagher Cup: All square at Brewster
May 11, 2013
Fermanagh 0-15
Warwickshire 1-12
A late Sean Hennessey free earned Warwickshire a share of the spoils in their second round Lory Meagher Cup game versus Fermanagh last Saturday.
Played at Brewster Park, the Exiles held a two point advantage at the break - 0-6 to 1-5. Hennessy netted their goal.
Fermanagh were reduced to 14-men in the second half when midfielder Danny Teague was sent off for a straight red.
Points from Ryan Bogue and JP Garry helped cut the deficit for Fermanagh.
It looked like the home side would hold on for a one point victory. However, John Mitchel's club man Hennessy sent over a late equaliser.
