Fermanagh insist that Seamus Quigley is not US-bound.

The rumour mill kicked into overdrive in the past week with speculation that the prolific full forward was about to emigrate but team spokesman Ger Treacy insists in The Irish News that the Roslea Shamrocks clubman is going nowhere anywhere and will feature against Down in the first round of the championship:

"I had heard that rumour myself but thankfully it's only a rumour.

"There's always rumours when it's Seamie. I suppose it's because he's one of those players who attracts that sort of attention. He's a character.

"He's obviously a big player for us and he'll be a big player for us at Brewster Park." Tweet
