Fermanagh footballers have received a triple pre-championship boost.

As the clock continues to tick down to the Ernesiders' Ulster SFC quarter-final clash with Down on Sunday, June 3rd, manager Peter Canavan has been told that three of his key men are all on the comeback trail.

James Sherry, Tommy McElroy and Martin McGrath have all been on the sidelines for lengthy spells but all three are edging closer to full fitness.

The experienced trio are back in full training and are taking part in club matches with an eye on the Down date. Barry Owens has also returned from a short-term injury. Tweet
